Hapkido

The word 'Hapkido' means 'The way of power and coordination'. Hapkido is a Korean form of self defense that combines some wrist locks, kicking and, punching with throwing, grappling and falling. Pure Hapkido is not used for sports. Pure Hapkido is a self-defense martial art.
